Our co-founders, with extensive backgrounds in personal training, have developed a range of services designed to empower individuals to lead healthier lives. Our team comprises highly qualified experts certified in various fields, including physical therapy, chiropractic care, yoga, and Pilates. We take pride in our exceptional team of stretching professionals. The proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) guarantees that our clients experience top-tier stretching sessions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct personalized assisted stretching sessions and facilitate group classes for small groups.
- Motivate and support clients throughout their stretching experience.
- Foster membership growth and maintain existing client relationships.
- Ensure client safety by adhering to proper stretching techniques and enforcing company policies.
- Participate in team meetings and required training sessions.
- Address member inquiries and concerns as necessary.
- Support sales staff and management with studio tours and promotional events.
- Maintain a strong online presence to enhance client engagement and retention.
- Keep all equipment clean and ready for client use at all times.
- A genuine passion for boutique fitness and a strong interest in stretching, flexibility, and mobility.
- Required credentials include:
- Licensed Massage Therapist
- Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aide)
- Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instructor
- At least 2 years of experience in a fitness or health-related environment providing hands-on client training.
- Ability to cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for all individuals.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a strong sense of empathy.
- A true passion for connecting with clients and assisting them in reaching their goals.
- Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies are essential.
- Willingness to complete the Flexologist Training Program, which includes online tutorials, in-person training, and practical application.
