Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Development: Support the production operations team in developing new tooling, streamlining efficiency, and providing guidance to the production team.
  • Process Improvement: Document and maintain existing processes, tooling, and production standards. Establish plans for re-designing existing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Process Implementation: Establish and document new processes to meet customer specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Assist in planning, developing, and implementing capital and non-capital improvement projects.
  • Lean Initiatives: Support lean initiatives to eliminate waste and improve on-time performance.

Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Skills: Excellent track record with successful implementation of process improvement projects. Strong communication skills in a matrix organization. Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). CAD experience is a plus.
