Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and Provide Direct Infusion Care: You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized plans of care, ensuring seamless continuity of care.
- Assess Patient Needs and Physical Status: You will conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical status and health data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted interventions.
- Provide Effective Education and Support: You will educate patients and families on infusion therapies, medication management, and self-care techniques to empower them to take an active role in their care.
- Communicate Effectively with Healthcare Teams: You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses, to ensure comprehensive care and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Document Patient Care and Outcomes: You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, to inform future care decisions.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing: You must have a degree in nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current Active and Unrestricted Registered Nurse License: You must hold a current and unrestricted RN license in good standing.
- At Least 2 Years of Clinical Experience: You must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a RN in an area that requires training and hands-on experience in infusion therapies.
- Current Certification in Basic Life Support: You must hold a current certification in Basic Life Support for Health Care Professionals.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing: A degree in nursing from an accredited institution is preferred.
- CRNI, IgCN, OCN Certification: Certification in CRNI, IgCN, or OCN is highly preferred.
- Ability to Lift or Move Up to 50 Pounds: You must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
- Fine Motor Skills and Visual Acuity: You must have fine motor skills and visual acuity to perform tasks that require close attention to detail.
- Ability to Stand for Long Periods of Time: You must be able to stand for long periods of time and walk, crouch, kneel, turn, pivot, balance, stoop, reach overhead, grasp, push, pull, and carry.
- Willing to Travel 100% of the Time: You must be willing to travel 100% of the time for business purposes.
