About the Role

We are a national law firm seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will be responsible for handling complex real estate and mortgage law cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of real estate and mortgage law cases, including foreclosures, secured transactions, and creditor's rights.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and efficient use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in real estate and mortgage law, and apply this knowledge to inform your practice.
  • Meet or exceed hourly billing requirements of 1920 hours annually.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to practice law in the state of California and maintenance of all necessary licensing and MCLE requirements.
  • Five years of litigation experience preferred, but will consider entry-level candidates with strong interest in real estate or mortgage law.
  • Knowledge of foreclosure, real estate, secured transactions, and creditor's rights preferred, but not required.
  • Candidate must live in California and be available and willing to attend in-person hearings as needed.
