As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the learning experience for our customers and sales team members. Your expertise will help us drive business growth and success through effective training and development programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training materials that meet business objectives and adult learning principles.
  • Develop engaging and interactive content, including visual presentations, learner's guides, job aids, role-play exercises, and handouts.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of online training programs, including audio recording and editing, visual element creation, and authoring software management.
  • Manage and maintain curriculum, materials, and process documentation to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Present training programs to stakeholders and ensure successful execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated instructional design development portfolio.
  • At least 3 years of experience in training/learning in an instructional design capacity.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and/or the ADDIE model.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and experience with Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise, etc.), Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and experience with video editing software.
  • Previous experience with sales enablement curriculum and customer-facing audiences.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, flexible, and able to learn quickly.
Physical Demands

This role requires frequent computer-based work, including sitting, close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel may be required.
