i9 Sports provides youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for children aged 3-12 in popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball. With a commitment to fun, safety, convenience, and sportsmanship, i9 Sports is transforming the youth sports landscape for families throughout the country. This is the essence of youth sports.
Job Summary
The Volunteer Coach plays an active role in guiding athletes and delivering expert training in their chosen sport. This position is crucial for fostering the i9 Sports Experience and promoting a positive culture in youth sports on the field. Practices occur weekly, just prior to game time.
Responsibilities Conduct practice sessions that emphasize fundamentals, skill enhancement, and enjoyment Instruct and exemplify core principles, including values of sportsmanship Utilize established communication platforms to relay game day details to players and their families Maintain a consistently positive demeanor and exceptional customer service Qualifications Strong communication abilities Experience and knowledge in sport-specific coaching Self-motivated and capable of working independently Willingness to commit to a complete 6-week schedule Be sure to opt-in to texting for effective communication.
