About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented individual to fill a Part-Time Cashier position at our Birch Run Store located in the Birch Run Premium Outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate cash register and conduct sales-related functions as directed and according to policy, procedure, and job standards.
  • Maintain cash register variance to Goodwill's acceptable margin of error rate.
  • Run 3 racks of clothing to sales floor per hour.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry 35 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to reach, bend, or stoop.
  • Ability to stand for six to eight hours a day.
  • Reliable means of transportation to report to work on time.
  • Pleasant, cheerful, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to distinguish colors.
