Job Title: Morning Shift Cashier

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Morning Shift Cashier to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a Morning Shift Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate the cash register with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and managing cash and credit transactions.
  • Prepare and serve beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting cash and balancing the register.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
