  • Supervising the provision of therapy services and patient care within designated units, ensuring alignment with departmental and organizational goals.
  • Monitoring and ensuring that care standards meet the needs of patients, physicians, and internal stakeholders in a dynamic healthcare environment.
  • Managing a team of therapy staff, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitating continuous improvement in clinical practices and operational efficiency through effective systems and processes.
  • Overseeing daily operations, including staffing, budgeting, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Collaborating with external healthcare providers to enhance patient care across various settings.
  • Addressing and resolving patient and family concerns regarding therapy services.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, including at least one year in a leadership capacity.
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Licensure: Current certification or licensure as required by state regulations.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of quality improvement processes, clinical care delivery, and effective communication.
