POSITION SUMMARY:

The Material Handler is responsible for managing the flow of materials within the warehouse and ensuring that inventory levels are maintained effectively.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent educational background.

2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or material handling roles.

3. Possession of a valid Driver's License.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Over 2 years of experience in material handling, logistics, and receiving within a regulated environment such as FDA, ISO, or GMP.

COMPETENCIES:

1. Proficient in operating fork trucks.

2. Familiarity with inventory management software, order processing systems, and spreadsheet applications.

3. Understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supply materials to production areas while maintaining strict inventory controls.

2. Exhibit a solid grasp of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

3. Pack and dispatch customer orders efficiently.

4. Handle the receipt and delivery of incoming packages.

5. Oversee inventory management across all storage locations.

6. Process material requisitions and ensure timely delivery to relevant departments.

7. Implement and maintain a cycle counting program.

8. Ensure accurate documentation for material disposal.

9. Uphold cleanliness and organization in warehouse and shipping zones.

10. Be available for callback or extended hours as necessary.
