Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team at TechLink Systems. As a Material Handler, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and shipping processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide materials to production work centers while maintaining accurate inventory controls
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Pack and ship customer orders with precision and attention to detail
  • Receive and deliver inbound packages with a focus on efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain inventory control of all stock locations, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date
  • Fulfill material requisitions and deliver to the appropriate department in a timely manner
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Maintain accurate documentation for disposal of materials
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and shipping areas
  • Be prepared to work extended hours or be called back as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of warehouse/material handling experience
  • Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of material handling, freight, and logistics experience in an FDA, ISO, GMP environment
Competencies
  • Ability to drive a forklift
  • Knowledge of Internet software, inventory software, order processing systems, spreadsheet software, and word processing software
  • Functional knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures
