Job Title: Interior Trim Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Interior Trim Design Engineer to join our team at LER TechForce. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing complete interiors systems and components for automotive and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop interior trim parts from concept to launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define functional requirements and develop component and system DVPR, DFMEA, and releasing system and component performance specifications
  • Provide tooling estimates, material suggestions, and participate in risk analysis
  • Coordinate drawings and analyze cost reduction and quality improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date BOMs for assigned parts
  • Foster continuous improvement in performance, quality, and cost
  • Release final designs for manufacturing into Team Center
Requirements:
  • 2-12 years of interior-related design engineering experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering
  • CATIA V5 knowledge
  • Team Center Engineering
