Job Summary

Vaco is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to support the HR team. This role will involve a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, working with SAP and Excel, and tracking employee and HRIS data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data into company systems
  • Work with SAP and Excel to manage employee data
  • Manage employee records and agreements
  • Track employee and HRIS data
  • Provide support on ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative capacity, preferably in talent management or HR
  • Strong customer service skills
