We are in search of an Educational Support Specialist to become a vital part of our elementary program. In this capacity, you will collaborate closely with the Lead Guide in a mixed-age classroom, aiding in the growth and development of students in either Lower Elementary Grades 1-3 or Upper Elementary Grades 4-6.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Lead Classroom Guide in implementing instruction across various developmental domains
  • Enhance and sustain the classroom atmosphere to foster learning and independence
  • Support data collection and record-keeping tasks as necessary
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of an Associate's degree; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in a classroom setting, ideally within a public or urban environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong ability to collaborate
  • A demonstrated commitment to equity and anti-bias/anti-racist values
