Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of around $45,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect great pay, with salaries ranging from $35,000 to over $60,000 annually, based on performance and tenure.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Cook at Trilogy, where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to established recipes. You will also adjust recipes as necessary to meet residents' nutritional and age-specific needs. Your primary focus will be on working closely with your team to ensure the kitchen is ready for scheduled serving times and adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures to prevent foodborne illness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or GED, preferably with 1 year of experience in the foodservice industry. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a desire to help people and work with a team are essential qualities for this position.
