Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform various nursing procedures

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • A current RN license in the state of Indiana
  • 2+ years of experience as a medical surgical nurse in a hospital setting
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
