Job Overview

The primary responsibility of the Evening Room Attendant is to maintain and enhance the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations in alignment with 100 Ocean's esteemed standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, including bathtubs, toilets, sinks, and mirrors, utilizing appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
  2. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines for the use of cleaning products.
  3. Change bed linens and make beds, ensuring all bedding is fresh and inviting.
  4. Dust and polish all surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
  5. Vacuum carpets and clean floors, ensuring all areas are tidy and free of debris.
  6. Restock guest room supplies, including toiletries and linens, to ensure a pleasant stay for guests.
  7. Sign for and manage room keys, transporting them to designated areas as needed.
  8. Conduct visual inspections of rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
  9. Maintain consistent attendance and be available for scheduled shifts.
  10. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Attributes

Ideal candidates will possess a proactive attitude and a calm demeanor. A professional appearance and demeanor are essential. Strong communication skills with guests and colleagues are required. Candidates should be willing to assist teammates and demonstrate teamwork. Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment operation is necessary. The ability to lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 100 lbs is essential, as is the capacity to perform cleaning tasks in various positions.
