Job Title: Product Engineer

Job Overview:
TalentBridge is seeking a skilled Product Engineer to design and develop industrial equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and testing equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical and process calculations to design industrial equipment, including pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, tanks, and other industrial machinery.
  • Utilize engineering software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS, to create 3D models and conduct simulations and tests on the equipment design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets customer requirements and company standards.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide technical guidance to other team members.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements, suggesting innovative solutions to improve product design and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and evaluate cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and other methods.
  • Support production and quality control processes by providing technical expertise and guidance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product engineering, with a focus on designing industrial equipment.
  • Proficient in engineering software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards, such as ASME, API, and ISO.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
