We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team at Golden Care Therapy. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-home ABA services to individuals with ASD, using evidence-based behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities.
- Collect and submit data on an electronic data system, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration, ensuring a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Special education experience (1 year preferred)
- Applied behavior analysis experience (1 year preferred)
