Position Summary:
The Culinary Specialist role involves the precise preparation of high-quality dishes in a professional and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include a range of tasks such as slicing, dicing, blending, and sauce crafting. The Culinary Specialist will apply various cooking methods, including grilling, frying, and sautéing, to meet recipe specifications. Additionally, ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen tools and equipment is essential. Housing options may be available on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on availability. This is a full-time, year-round position that includes benefits.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour + DOE
Qualifications:
- Preferred experience as a line cook
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
