As a key member of our kitchen staff, you'll be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for our customers, including residents, patients, employees, and visitors. Your expertise will ensure that every dish meets our standards for taste, presentation, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals in accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Plan and execute the cooking and baking schedule to meet customer demands.
  • Review menu and census to determine food types and quantities.
  • Use standardized recipes and adhere to therapeutic and consistency diet guidelines.
  • Act as charge person in the kitchen when a supervisor is absent.
  • Participate in department communication and teamwork.

Requirements
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
