Key Responsibilities

- Review menu and census to determine food types and quantities.
- Use standardized recipes and adhere to therapeutic and consistency diet guidelines.
- Act as charge person in the kitchen when a supervisor is absent.
- Participate in department communication and teamwork.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
