About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our client's growing software engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will oversee and guide scrum teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage mid-size to large software projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement an unbiased framework to establish project priorities and categorize projects based on established and approved criteria.
  • Ensure that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating teams to improve processes and eliminate impediments.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to prioritize key projects and drive them to completion.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring effective resource allocation and prioritization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in web development or e-commerce, with a strong background in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Experience with project management tools and software, including agile project management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
