About the Role:

The Metrology Engineer will specialize in the science of measurement, ensuring all manufacturing instrumentation and products follow correct specifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain procedures and documentation related to metrology support requirements.
  • Maintain a technical equipment library and calibration status and schedule of all equipment.
  • Design test procedures from manufacturer's specifications.
  • Initiate procurement requests for vendor repairs and replacement equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Associate of Science (AS) degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology, and 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in metrology fundamentals.
  • Experience working with, calibrating, and repairing electronic test equipment from HP, Agilent, Keysight, National Instruments, and/or Tektronix.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate processes and procedures to program employees, partner organizations, customer base, and outside vendors.
  • Able to lift and carry 50lbs.
  • Up to 5% CONUS and OCONUS travel.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
