Quality Care Specialist Opportunity

As a Licensed Practical Nurse at Park Rose Care Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with medication administration, providing nursing services, training and supervising staff, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and assist the director of nursing in providing quality care to residents
  • Support the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
  • Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
  • Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Review, update and communicate resident care documentation
  • Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per LPN scope of practice and state regulations

Requirements:
  • Possess a current LPN license in good standing
  • New grads are encouraged to apply
