Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Material Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our materials management processes for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory control, supply chain management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage material and delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery and avoid line-down situations.
  • Work with suppliers to resolve material shortages and negotiate quotations for raw materials.
  • Provide quotations for raw materials to end customers and monitor logistics processes to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Solve incoming shipment issues, including quality issues, RMA requests, and material discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure BOM accuracy and resolve receiving discrepancies.
  • Manage and assist buyers in expediting materials, requesting samples, and resolving PO issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices.
  • Experience with supplier management and contract negotiations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Minimum 6 years of professional experience in supply chain or OEM management.
