As a Frontline Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our brand, articulating the benefits of traveling with Wyndham Destinations and demonstrating a positive attitude in a high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging face-to-face presentations in our state-of-the-art sales centers, showcasing the value of our vacation club resorts.
  • Find common ground with prospective and current owners, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and interests.
  • Communicate the benefits of our vacation ownership model, highlighting the flexibility, freedom, and adventure that comes with it.
  • Generate sales through effective transactions and closing techniques, working within a prequalified lead environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, sales information, and company policies, ensuring you're always equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Compensation and Rewards

During your initial training period, you'll receive a competitive hourly wage of $16.00, plus commissions and bonuses. After completing your training, you'll be eligible for a commission-based compensation structure with a draw against the applicable minimum wage.
