Role Summary

The Personal Banker is tasked with cultivating personalized customer relationships, focusing on Wealth Management and Commercial Banking. This role entails welcoming clients, assisting with new account setups, and effectively cross-selling our banking and wealth management offerings. You will handle more intricate transactions with professionalism and ease, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote TrustBank's Values: Ensure customers receive prompt and courteous service while representing TrustBank at community events to foster new connections.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Assist in opening new personal and business accounts, issue and redeem certificates of deposit, and resolve account-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs, including opening and closing the bank as required.
  • Additional Banking Duties: Perform occasional teller functions, handle administrative tasks, and provide customer support via phone.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week. The role demands a moderate noise level and may involve standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
