Sales Director Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and exceed sales targets
- Manage, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales goals
- Analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts to stay ahead of the competition
Key Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of direct sales experience
- 5+ years of sales leadership or management experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong customer management and relationship-building skills
- Crm experience
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Location
