Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures effective financial management while delivering high-quality, cost-efficient patient care.
  • Utilizes data analysis to monitor clinical outcomes and assess the quality of care against established benchmarks.
  • Investigates and implements best practices to enhance patient outcomes and refine clinical protocols in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Compiles and analyzes quality, safety, and financial metrics to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend enhancements.
  • Collaborates with medical staff and interdisciplinary teams to foster a culture of quality improvement and patient safety.
  • Promotes teamwork across departments to elevate the standard of patient care.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

Required:

Education - Completion of an accredited nursing program recognized by the nursing board.

Certification - Registered Nurse (RN) license from the South Dakota Board of Nursing.

Preferred:

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Experience - A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.

Physical Requirements:

The role involves light physical activity, including the ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently.
