Patient Service Liaison

We are seeking a highly organized Patient Service Liaison to support our team in Arlington, Virginia. The annual salary range for this position is approximately $50,000 - $70,000.

About the Position:

  • Facilitate smooth interactions between patients, staff, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records, including appointment schedules, patient information, and financial data.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate patient flow, sign in patients, and schedule appointments.
  2. Handle incoming calls, respond to patient inquiries, and provide top-notch customer service.
  3. Maintain accurate records, update patient information, and post charges/payments.
  4. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Required Skills:

  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a dental or medical office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with insurance plans (HMO/PPO) and electronic medical records.
