Realty Project Coach

As a Realty Project Coach at Walmart, you will play a crucial role in managing the progress of multiple projects simultaneously. You will oversee and manage store remodels, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Oversee and manage store remodels, including coordinating with internal and external teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including facility management, operations, and data analysis, to ensure project success.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1 year's experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years' experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel frequently, with a willingness to work overnight shifts and be away from home for extended periods.
