Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery Specialist

LeaderStat is seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for a travel nursing assignment. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to labor and delivery patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- 1 year of experience working as a full-time Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery.
- Clinical experience within the last 2 years.
- Current State Licensure.
- Current Relevant Certifications (BLS, ACLS, etc).
