We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to join our team as a Travel RN. This is a 13-week contract position in a hospital setting, requiring a strong background in labor and delivery nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patients in the labor and delivery unit, providing high-quality care and ensuring a safe and efficient delivery process.
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting a positive and empowering experience.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and hospital staff, ensuring seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure and certification in Labor and Delivery.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery RN, with a strong background in patient care and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a strong focus on patient safety and well-being.
