About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Danbury Broadview Heights. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing routine charting and documentation duties, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address them.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Licensed by the State of Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Experience in a nursing capacity in a senior living setting is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
