As a RN Program Coordinator at SSM Health, you will play a vital role in coordinating the activities and flow of work for assigned clinical programs. This position requires a strong understanding of nursing practices and the ability to facilitate the development, implementation, and evaluation of program services and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement program services and initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date program documentation to support regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Assist with training and development of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Identify and resolve problems, and implement cost containment measures to improve program efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Three years' registered nurse experience.
This role requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, and repetitive movements. Occasional bending, stooping, and lifting may be required. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
