The HR Services team is in search of a committed HR Operations Specialist to enhance our vibrant workforce. This position offers the opportunity for remote work flexibility.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct assistance to employees, various HR departments, and management as part of a centralized HR function to manage an array of HR-related transactions and activities
* Address and resolve inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs utilizing effective verbal and written communication skills
* Appropriately direct employee requests to specialized centers for further information when needed
* Handle inquiries from employees and managers through online platforms and/or phone communications
* Manage the processing of both paper and electronic documentation related to HR activities such as onboarding, status changes, performance assessments, benefits administration, and employment terminations
* Enter employee personal information into the HR information system (HRIS) database and document activities as required
* Exercise appropriate discretion concerning all confidential and sensitive information, adhering to company policies and legal requirements
* Proactively identify issues and challenges, escalating them to management as necessary
* Utilize basic problem-solving skills to determine the root causes of issues and propose solutions

Qualifications

Demonstrated high level of customer service and empathy
* Ability to acquire knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and programs
* Basic project management capabilities to maintain and update program execution documents
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive and trustworthy interactions with employees
* Proficient in adapting to new functionalities for common enterprise systems (ERP, ATS, CRM, HRIS, etc.)
