About You

We're looking for a speech therapist who is affirming, collaborative, disciplined, and heartfelt. You'll be passionate about supporting individuals of all abilities in their pursuit of living a meaningful life. What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing direct speech therapy services in our clinic setting
  • Evaluating new clients, completing communication assessments, and planning and implementing treatment sessions that promote engagement and skill development using a client-centered approach
  • Working collaboratively with the family unit, providing ongoing education that supports clients in reaching their goals

Job Type and Compensation

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $70,000-83,000
  • Time Away from Work: 3 Weeks PTO, with additional PTO days for each year of employment
  • Company Holidays and 5 Sick Days
  • Competitive Benefits
