Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate effectively with family members, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their loved ones' care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work.
- Graduate nurses with a temporary practice permit are welcome to apply.
