Overview

This is a Full-Time 36 hours per week Day/Night Rotating position with opportunities for growth and development at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Concord.

Compensation

$5.00 shift differential for SRT, plus an estimated annual salary of $85,000 based on the New Hampshire market.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Staffing Resource Team (SRT) as a Clinical Nurse. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide evidence-based care and continuously monitor and evaluate practice to ensure safe passage of patients.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable floating through the inpatient medical and surgical specialties, providing critical support to departments with current staffing needs.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate an individualized plan of care.
  • Utilize critical thinking and the nursing process to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, taking action to modify the plan of care or elevate to the care team as necessary.
  • Practice in accordance with the ANA Code of Ethics to advocate for patients, uphold their autonomy in decision-making, ensure informed consent, and assist patients and families in expressing self-determination.
  • Mentor colleagues for the advancement of nursing practice and the profession.
Qualifications

We require a Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility, as well as a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience or an Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurse with 2 years' experience.
