As a HomeTeam Pest Defense Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service to homeowners daily as you work your designated route
* Presenting a professional, well-groomed appearance, including your company vehicle, equipment, and uniform
* Discussing and diagnosing pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
* Maintaining your pest control license and staying up-to-date on industry developments through regular attendance at pest control seminars
* Submitting accurate, legible service tickets to office staff
* Staying motivated and focused while working independently
* Occasionally working Saturdays to complete the week's route

To be considered for this role, you must:

* Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
* Hold a valid Branch 2 license, with training and licensing for Branch 3 available after hire
