Nursing Center Director RN

As a Nurse-Unit Mgr-Dir RN NonEx, you will lead our nursing team in delivering high-quality care and services to our patients and residents at Genesis Healthcare.
About This Role:
- You will be responsible for the overall performance of the nursing unit, ensuring that care delivery meets Genesis standards.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement plans to achieve quality and safety goals.
- Develop and mentor nursing staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Liaise with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
What You Need to Succeed:
- BSN degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current licensure as an RN in the applicable state.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
