About the RoleThe Medical Director will serve as the Physician for one or more substance abuse treatment programs and primary care clinics in the State of Arizona. This individual will provide patient care, medical evaluation, establish dosing levels, and interact with regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide patient care and medical evaluation, establishing dosing levels as necessary
- Interact with Federal, state, county, and other regulatory bodies
- Train and manage subordinate physician extenders
- Provide health care services directly to patients under the direction of the CEO and Medical Director
- Board Certified in Addiction Medicine
- 1+ years of experience in Addiction Medicine
- Current AZ state licenses and DEA licenses
- Ability to prescribe methadone and buprenorphine
