Job Overview

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing treatment plans for children with autism, while also providing supervision and support to our team of Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans for early learners, incorporating measurable goals and objectives.
  • Client Assessment: Analyze client needs using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) science and other relevant assessments.
  • Case Management: Provide ongoing case management and supervision to Behavior Technicians to ensure effective interventions.
  • Direct Therapy: Deliver direct ABA therapy, provide parent education and support, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • BCBA Certification: Must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working with children with autism, with a preference for early intervention experience.
  • Education: Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification.
