As a Weatherization Assessor/Worker III, you will be responsible for conducting home assessments, identifying energy-saving opportunities, and implementing weatherization measures to improve the energy efficiency of homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home assessments to identify energy-saving opportunities and develop recommendations for weatherization measures.
  • Implement weatherization measures, including insulation, air sealing, and weatherstripping, to improve the energy efficiency of homes.
  • Work with homeowners to identify and prioritize energy-saving opportunities and develop a plan to implement weatherization measures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure that weatherization measures are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service to homeowners, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as building science, engineering, or environmental science.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in weatherization or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of weatherization and energy efficiency principles.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
