Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, MRI machines, and X-ray units.
  • Prepare patients for exams by explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes, ensuring accurate and precise results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, and participate in ongoing education and training to maintain expertise.
Requirements:
  • ARRT Certification in Radiography or a related field.
  • NYS DOH CT Tech Licensure.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a travel or per-diem setting.
