Job Description:

This role involves the taping of coils according to precise specifications, ensuring the highest level of quality and accuracy. The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
  1. Read and interpret taping specification documents.
  2. Determine job number, coil number, quantity, and revision to ensure accurate taping.
  3. Cover lead wires with proper sleeving and mylar insulation.
  4. Perform butt splicing of lead wires.
  5. Use 1⁄2" crepe tubing over leads.
  6. Use correct pressboard size for condenser cover.
  7. Cut out "O" ring from pressboard.
  8. Apply foil coil per specification.
  9. Wrap unit completely per spec, mark H1, then send to test.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry experience.
  • Working knowledge of various equipment and tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Analytical skills and high-level attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Compensation:$18.50-$25.00 per hour, paid weekly.
