About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatrist to work with us at Ryans Rehab Inc.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify mental health concerns and provide accurate diagnoses.
  • Create personalized treatment plans for each client, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Prescribe psychotherapeutic medication and adjust prescriptions as needed based on patient response.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of patient information and treatment plans, including all medication details.
  • Collaborate with primary care physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest professional developments and research in the field of psychiatry.
Requirements
  • A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from a reputable US-based medical school.
  • A valid medical license and certification from the American Board of Medical Specialists (ABMS).
  • Extensive knowledge of various psychotherapeutic methods and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong observational and assessment skills, with the ability to accurately evaluate patient behavior and responses.
Compensation and Benefits
