Job Title: Pro Shop Retail Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pro Shop Retail Associate to join our team at WeStreet Ice Center. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating point-of-sale systems, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in a quality customer service environment
  • Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
  • Merchandise, replenish, and restock store as needed
  • Work weekends and other events in the arena as required
  • Clean and organize daily as needed
  • Develop knowledge of ice hockey, figure skating, and other ice sports equipment
  • Work closely with the manager to ensure items are ordered and available for customers
  • Attend work on a regular, reliable, and punctual basis
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Retail experience desired
  • Ability to work a varied event-driven schedule, including extended and/or irregular hours, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Working Environment:

This position primarily works in a store located in an ice arena, which can be cool at times. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
