Red Kettle Campaign Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Red Kettle Campaign Coordinator. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our Red Kettle Campaign in Door County.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and manage volunteer bell ringers and groups, scheduling them for designated times and locations.
  • Coordinate with local businesses to secure kettle sponsorships and promote the campaign in the community.
  • Oversee the collection and processing of kettle funds, including sorting and transferring money to the bank.
  • Manage the campaign website for volunteer sign-ups and track daily funds using a spreadsheet and online tracker.
  • Promote bell ringing opportunities and engage with the community to increase fundraising efforts.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license with approval to drive from TSA's insurance carrier.
  • Experience in customer service or sales, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
