Job Overview:
Vibrant Emotional Health seeks a highly skilled Leadership Development Program Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive leadership development programs that drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to measure and analyze learning data.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement leadership development programs that align with organizational goals
  • Develop and deliver training content that engages and motivates learners
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze learning data to inform program design and evaluation

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership development or a related field
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
